Privacy notice

This notice explains how Rimzo processes information when you create an account and use its market-analysis tools. Rimzo does not accept deposits or place trades.

1. Who is responsible

The operator of Rimzo is responsible for personal information processed through this service. For a privacy request, contact the Rimzo operator using the contact address provided with your account or service correspondence. You may also contact your local data-protection authority.

2. Information used

• Account information: email address, account identifier, password credential stored as a password hash, and session/security events.
• Partner-verification information: the broker account ID you submit and registration or deposit events received from Pocket Partners, including event type, amount, identifiers, and event time.
• Analysis information: selected market, symbol, timeframe, technical results, data-source status, and analysis history associated with your account.
• Chart images: if you choose image recognition, the selected image is sent to Google Gemini to identify visible chart details. Rimzo does not save the uploaded image as analysis history. Do not upload screenshots containing passwords, account credentials, or unrelated personal information.
• Technical information: request and security information processed by the hosting platform and database to operate and protect the service.

3. How information is used

Rimzo uses account information to provide sign-in and account features; partner identifiers and event data to check access eligibility; and market or chart information to provide requested analysis and history. Chart-image recognition is optional. You can enter the market and symbol manually instead.

4. Service providers

Information may be processed by Railway for hosting and database services, Google for chart-image recognition when you request it, Pocket Partners for partner registration and deposit events, and the market-data provider used for a requested analysis. A market-data request may include the selected symbol and timeframe. The providers used can depend on the market and feature.

5. Storage and your choices

Account, partner-event, and analysis-history records are stored in the service database. You can choose not to use optional chart-image recognition. For access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or other privacy requests, contact the Rimzo operator using the contact address provided with your account or service correspondence. Some records may need to be retained for security, accounting, or legal reasons.

6. Security and analysis

Passwords are stored as password hashes. Authentication cookies are HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax; production cookies use Secure over HTTPS. Protected features apply access checks and request limits. Rimzo’s indicators and AI-assisted analysis may be incomplete or incorrect. They are informational and do not execute trades.

7. Cookies

Rimzo uses essential session cookies for sign-in and protected features. The public service does not include an analytics or advertising cookie script. See the cookie notice for details.

8. Changes

This notice may be updated when the service or its data practices change. Effective date: 27 October 2026.
